These sections are going to set us up for success.

Complete Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 Of Onboarding

After you complete the 3 sections below, you'll be able to continue onto phase 2 of onboarding, during which we'll gather information needed to create your Perfect Webinar script, your Epiphany Bridge script, and your offer stack. The Questionnaire is an interactive automated video process that will explain each section to you, and ask you a series of questions about your product or service.  You'll have the option to respond via video, audio, or text.

Please prioritize completing this form submission over the next 48 hours. You have purchased a development time slot, and we want to make sure you keep that spot. 

*IMPORTANT* Without the onboarding items below (Phase 1), and the video questionnaire (Phase 2), we cannot get started on your project.

Ready For The Next Steps? 

There are 3 main onboarding items that we need to knock out in Phase 1 of onboarding.

Step 1 - Getting You Into Slack

We'll communicate in Slack going forward for everything from strategy to revision requests.

Step 2 - Google Sheet Credentials

5 - 10 min

This will be the place you store all login credentials for the software stack we'll need.

Step 3 - Google Drive Folder

10 - 20 min

This is where we'll organize all of your current assets and resources in one place for our design and development teams.

Not so bad, right!  Let's knock out the first one.  This should take 3 minutes.

Step 1 - Access Your Slack Channel With Your
Slack Invitation

Slack is where we'll communicate about every aspect of your project.  Please keep all communication in Slack going forward, so all team members have access to all revision requests, approvals, etc.  This ensures the development and design teams always have a clear picture of what's going on.

Accept Your Invitation

Go to your email, and accept your Slack invitation.  You may need to sign up for a $8.75/month paid plan if you don't already have Slack.  Once you accept, you'll see your project channel with your name as the title.

Download The Slack App

Please download the slack app on your phone and enable push notifications.  This will ensure we can get timely responses for things 2 Factor Authentication requests.

Provide Your Team's Emails

This one isn't mandatory, but if there are any team members you'd like to bring into slack, just drop their emails in the chat and say "Please invite these emails".

 Now we're cookin'.  Moving on... This next one should only take about 
5 - 10 minutes to complete.

 

Step 2 - How To Access Your 
Google Sheet

This is where you'll upload all of the login credentials we'll need to complete the job.  Don't worry if your Google Sheet looks different than the one above... yours will have credentials that are specific to your project.  

Go To "Bookmarks" In Your Slack Header

You'll see your Google Sheet in the "Bookmarks" tab, which is pinned to the top of your channel.  You'll always be able to find this Google Sheet here in your Slack channel.

Create Your Various Login Credentials

This Google Sheet was created specifically for your project, with all of the login credentials we'll need to achieve your specific goals.  Please do not defer paying for subscriptions until later. We need these to begin, so please go to the websites listed via the links we provide, subscribe for the requested software platforms, and kindly drop the login credentials in the Google Sheet with a quick copy/paste.

Double Check The Credentials

Let's just double check to make sure there's nothing holding us back, and we can start making progress on your project.

Please double check that all credentials copy/pasted over correctly. 

We'll need the admin login credentials for these platforms.

 Almost done... keep going!  This last part should take 10-20 minutes depending on your business.

Step 3 - Upload Your Assets To 
Google Drive 

One of our favorite Ted Talks mentions that the #1 reason why businesses fail... 
...is not due to a lack of resources...
 ...but a lack of resourcefulness.  

Let's set ourselves up for success by taking the time to organize all of the tools that will be at the design team's disposal.  This is where you'll upload all of the resources and assets you currently have.  Don't worry if your Google Drive folder looks different than the one above... yours will have folders that are specific to your project.  

Go To The Bookmarks Tab In Your Slack Channel Header

You'll see your Google Drive link by expanding the "Bookmarks" tab, which is pinned to the top of your channel. You'll always be able to find this Google Drive link here in your Slack channel.

Upload Your Assets

Upload all of your available logo files, headshots (high resolution only, see pro tip for headshots below), video assets, video testimonials, Color Hex Codes, eBook PDFs, and any other relevant content that we can repurpose for this funnel.  

The more you give us to work with here, the better.  This is the palette from which we will paint the user interface of your system.  Let's start with as many colors as possible, by populating these folders with a bunch of assets.

Complete This Within 48 Hours

We're going to do everything in our power to ensure that you have an exceptional experience with our agency.

This onboarding section is not something that is within our control.

We really need you to take the time to complete this and the following section within 48 hours to ensure there are no delays on your development project.

Great job!  The next section of onboarding is pre-filling your Google Doc with what you know, ahead of your long discovery session with your Perfect Webinar Expert.

Step 4 - Start Pre-Filling Your Questionnaire/ Google Doc 

You're going to have a long discovery session with one of our Perfect Webinar Experts tomorrow or the next day (you'll book that call shortly).  During this session, you and your Expert are going to fill out a Google Doc with information relevant to your business and more specifically, your offer.

If we have great input here, we'll have exceptional output in terms of deliverables that accurately represent your brand, your tone, and your offer.  To save some time on this meeting, we've found that it's helpful if clients pre-fill the Google Doc Questionnaire with any answers they already know.  Don't worry if you don't know the answers to some (or most) of the questions.  You can leave them blank, and your Perfect Webinar Expert will walk you through everything step by step, question by question on the call.  

This may all seem like a lot, but please remember, we're trying to achieve 3 months of work in 2-3 weeks here.

To do that, we need systems that allow us to predictably gather the same high quality of input from all different types of clients.

You'll see your Google Doc link pinned to the header of your channel. You'll always be able to find this Google Doc link here in your Slack channel.

Fill Out The Doc To The Best Of Your Ability

We don't expect you to know most of these answers... but some of them (your target client persona for example) you may already have a good understanding of.

Don't stress it, your Perfect Webinar Expert will walk you through everything tomorrow and elicit the proper responses from you... this is just a chance to get ahead of the game and save some time on the call.
