Let's Focus On Offer Creation In 9 Steps

Step 1: Read Disclaimer: Our goal in this part of the engagement is refine your offer so it's one of the strongest offers in the world, in your vertical. We do this through a few exercises you can access below. This should take about 1 hour, and we recommend you put maximum (manual) effort into this. We are not looking for strictly AI responses here. In the sections where we ask for clients to manually tell us things about their product or ICPs, please do not copy/paste ChatGPT outputs. There is a specific section of this process where we leverage AI. For the rest of the offer creation process, we need to pull this information from you, as the founder, so we can get a real understanding (not an AI output) of how you achieve outcomes for your clients, and how we can productize those steps to achieve an "Irresistible Offer".
Productized offer elements help us expand an offer, and help people remember what they're going to get when it comes time to purchase.
Example: We're able to take an offer from a "day trading coaching program for $5,000"... to this:
With productized offer graphics we're even able to make something like trip insurance look exciting! Instead of sending someone a PDF of fine print about their trip insurance policy, this company used productized offer graphics to "expand their offer" and charge a higher price.
Sometimes clients come to us with physical products they're selling, like supplements. Here's an example of how they expanded their offer for a 30 day supply of something called NAD+. It's not just the supplement, you also get free overnight shipping, highest bioavailability, certificate of analysis... etc etc

We're going to ask you to upload your offer creation Google Sheet at the end of onboarding (after your video interview). Once you complete the exercises on this page, you can put this aside and you'll be able to upload it at the end of your video interview in the next section.
Step 3: This is the most important part of this onboarding process. Please allocate max brain power to this. Please only use AI/ChatGPT for the sections where it's allowed. We really need in depth, manual responses from you for this section. This is how we standardize the process of collecting exceptional raw materials from you. Exceptional input = exceptional output. If you copy/paste a random ChatGPT output for all of these sections, you're going to get your finished deliverable and say "what is this?". We don't want that to happen. You don't want that to happen. It's time to be the amazing entrepreneur that you are, and put in some light work here to give us what we need to create something incredible for you (that's accurate and impactful).

Step 5: Click the button to open the $100M Offers AI companion, which is split-off of ChatGPT that's been trained on Alex Hormozi's books, $100M Leads and $100M Offers. We've created a specific prompt that will do all of the hard work for you.. you just need to add your product or service.
Step 6:Note that near the top of the prompt, there's some text in red. This is where you'll enter your product or service. Simple.
Ex: weight loss coaching program Ex: fix and flip course + live coaching
Ex: stress reduction supplement with lion's mane
Ex: estate planning law firm in minnesota
Ex: land backed investment note that generates 14-16% annual yield, paid out monthly direct to your bank.
Step 7:Copy/paste every word of the prompt over to the $100M Offer AI Companion, but before you submit, make sure you adjust the words in red at the top so they represent your product or service, the outcome you get for people, or basically whatever they get when they give you money.
Step 8:Hit "Enter". You'll see your top 5 ICPs, their individual pain points, the most common pain points amongst them, and the inverse of each of those most common pain points represented as a hypothetical offer stack element. This is for internal consideration only (you don't have to actually create these assets on your side). Copy/Paste this into the appropriate spot in the Offer Creation worksheet.
This'll give you some pretty precise ideas of exactly what you should be offering in your stack, based on your vertical or industry.
During the offer refinement portion of your engagement (week 1) we'll look at your current offerings, resources, products, and services to see if there's a way you can re-package what you already have, and end up with an offer that's both in alignment with the logical, sequential series of steps you follow to achieve outcomes for your clients, and ALSO, in alignment with the most commonly held pain points by the average of the Ideal Client Personas that make up your audience.
