Let's Focus On Offer Creation In 9 Steps

The one part of this system that we can't build for you, is your product/service.  We can however, show you how to take the resources you currently have, and expand your offering so that it becomes an irresistible offer.

Step 1: Watch this short 2 minute video to visualize what your offer elements are going to look like, and learn a bit about the benefit of expanding your offer.

Productized offer elements help us expand an offer, and help people remember what they're going to get when it comes time to purchase. 

Example: We're able to take an offer from a "day trading coaching program for $5,000"... to this:

With productized offer graphics we're even able to make something like trip insurance look exciting!  Instead of sending someone a PDF of fine print about their trip insurance policy, this company used productized offer graphics to "expand their offer" and charge a higher price.

Sometimes clients come to us with physical products they're selling, like supplements.  Here's an example of how they expanded their offer for a 30 day supply of something called NAD+.  It's not just the supplement, you also get free overnight shipping, highest bioavailability, certificate of analysis... etc etc

Step 2: Please click to download your Offer Stack Worksheet before continuing.  You should use this Google Sheet when watching the video below.  While watching the video, try to fill out your Ideal Client Personas, and their pain points.  

We're going to ask you to upload your offer creation Google Sheet at the end of onboarding.  Don't worry if you get stuck though, in a few minutes we're going to use AI to do a lot of this for you.

Step 3: Watch this video to help you identify your Ideal Client Personas, and their most commonly held pain points/expectations surrounding your product or service.  Try to fill them out in the Google Sheet during this video.  

Right after this, we're going to use AI to figure out the rest, but AI doesn't think of everything, so we like to try to do it manually first.

Step 4: Click the button to pull up the Google Doc with the offer creation prompt.


Step 5:  Click the button to open the $100M Offers AI companion, which is split-off of Chat-GPT that's been trained on Alex Hormozi's books, $100M Offers and $100M Leads.  We've created a specific prompt that will do all of the hard work for you.. you just need to add your product or service.

Step 6: Note that near the top of the prompt, there's some text in red.  This is where you'll enter your product or service.  Simple.

Ex: weight loss coaching program
Ex: fix and flip course + live coaching
Ex: stress reduction supplement with lion's mane
Ex: estate planning law firm in minnesota
Ex: land backed investment note that generates 14-16% annual yield, paid out monthly direct to your bank.

Step 7: Copy/paste every word of the prompt over to the $100M Offer AI Companion, but before you submit, make sure you adjust the words in red at the top so they represent your product or service, the outcome you get for people, or basically whatever they get when they give you money.

Step 8: Hit "Enter".  Use this as inspiration for your offer stack.  Feel free to copy/paste information from the bot, over into the Google Sheet in a new tab.  Any offer elements you create, you will be responsible for providing as part of the end deliverable to your clients.


This'll give you some pretty precise ideas of exactly what you should be offering in your stack, based on your vertical or industry.

You can look to your current offerings, resources, products, and services to see if there's a way you can re-package what you already have, and end up with an offer that somewhat reflects the one created by the AI Companion.

Try to leverage the resources and assets you already have instead of creating new things to fill these gaps... 
see if you can re-tool existing assets to fit the offer stack.

  • Reducing Time Delay: People want outcomes quickly.  The faster you can deliver the ideal outcome, the more you can charge for your service.
  • Reducing Effort + Sacrifice: Effort is what you don't want to do, that you'll have to do, if you don't have our product/service.   Sacrifice is the things you love to do, that you won't get to do, if you don't have our product/service.
